The Custom Order process begins with a quote, followed by sampling and mass manufacturing. We only move forward with custom orders once the actual manufacturing is approved. Therefore we make it mandatory that you order samples, to allow you to see the quality of the final product and confidently move forward with mass manufacturing of your custom-made cotton grocery bag, produce bag, mesh net bag, or any custom order for that matter. After all these years we have come to the conclusion that this is the best practice when manufacturing custom orders over long distances.
Custom Order Process for all bag related wholesale orders;

Send us your design, along with the required quantity.

We will review the designs to see if they are within our manufacturing capabilities. If it is an item we are interested in and you accept our quote, the next step is the sampling process.

We will ask for a sample fee from you before we start any work, the sample fee will depend on the scope of the work as well as how detailed the design is. Upon your approval and the payment of the sample cost, we will start to create the sample/prototype of your design.

We ship the sample worldwide via DHL.
​
- You receive the sample, review it, and advise if there are any changes to be made.

​If everything is ok, then we request partial payment to start the order. Custom orders usually take 4-6 weeks to deliver after the design and the sampling process are completed.

When your order is ready we send you another sample from the final batch in return for the remaining balance.
​

Once the balance is cleared then we ship your order and share the tracking details.
​
