SAMPLE ORDER SHIPPING PROCESS

Our years of experience in bag manufacturing thought us that getting/sending a sample is extremely important both for the buyer and the seller. That is why we advise our clients that they should first order samples first to see the quality and test the product. Then if all is fine then you can place your wholesale order.

Following the above information please give details about your request. Samples are either shipped in plastic DHL FYLER (Number 1) pouches or small cardboard boxes depending on the sample order size.

We have many clients worldwide and by shipping to different places on the planet over the years, we've become shipping experts ourselves. You can always organize the shipping yourself but if you need any help we would be happy to assist.

We also have some clients from the Middle East and North Africa who prefer to work with their own preferred shipping partners located in Istanbul. If you would like to do so, please make sure to advise before placing the order. We can deliver your orders for free anywhere in Istanbul, Turkey.

For shipments to North America and Australia, the shipping option depends on the order size and urgency. If the clients need it fast we can airship it, if the load is too big then we would most likely have to ship with the sea, so it really depends.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We have many new clients asking us about the shipping costs, unfortunately, there is no way to know this before getting your order. The reason is we have to get your order and then calculate the size and weight of your order and then get a quote accordingly for your shipping address as the weight of each item is different which changes the shipment weight which affects the price!
